We currently offer delivery exclusively to addresses within the United States (all states) and all Canadian provinces/territories. International delivery to other countries or regions is not available at this time.
For shipments to Canada: Import duties, taxes, or customs clearance requirements may apply, as determined by Canadian authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment verification.
Key Guidelines:
- No order processing, shipping, or delivery occurs on weekends or public holidays observed in the U.S. or Canada.
- Canadian orders may require an additional 1–2 business days to validate shipping details and prepare mandatory customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices). This step ensures compliance with Canadian import regulations and helps prevent border delays.
Delivery windows begin once your order is dispatched from our international partner warehouse:
- United States (Standard Delivery): 5–10 business days
- Canada: 10–25 business days
Important: All deliveries are fulfilled from our international partner warehouse. Cross-border transit—particularly to Canada—may be impacted by customs inspections, regional postal capacity, or unforeseen carrier delays, which could extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
- U.S. Domestic Deliveries: Fulfilled via USPS, ensuring dependable coverage across all states.
- Canadian Deliveries: Shipped internationally via USPS International. Final-mile delivery within Canada may be handled by Canada Post or another local carrier, depending on the destination and package specifications.
You will receive a unique tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Note for Canadian Deliveries: USPS tracking updates may discontinue once the package enters Canada. For ongoing status updates, we recommend using your tracking number on the Canada Post website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor progress:
- U.S. Orders: Real-time tracking is available throughout the entire delivery journey.
- Canadian Orders: Initial tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear. Updates may become less frequent after the package departs the U.S.—we encourage checking Canada Post for the most current status.
- Inquire with family members, neighbors, building staff, or local mail facilities to see if the package was left at an alternative location.
- Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request delivery confirmation or file a claim.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked “Delivered” date.
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window to account for customs processing or postal handoff delays.
- Verify with Canada Post whether the package is being held for unpaid duties, taxes, or missing documentation.
- Check with neighbors or local post offices for any missed deliveries.
- If the package is still unaccounted for, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

While most orders arrive without issues, we recognize that exceptional circumstances—especially with cross-border shipments—can lead to delays or loss.
An order is considered confirmed lost or unrecoverable if:
- U.S. Orders: No delivery within 15 business days after dispatch
- Canadian Orders: No delivery within 30 business days after dispatch
Once we’ve verified the status with the carrier, you may choose one of the following resolutions:A complete refund of the order amount and original delivery fee
Complimentary reshipment of the same items (subject to inventory availability)
Important Eligibility Notes:
- You must have contacted us within the reporting windows outlined in Section 6.
- We must complete our carrier verification process (which may take 5–10 business days) to confirm the order is lost.
- Refunds or reshipments are only issued after loss is verified—not based on estimated delivery timelines alone.
