Q: Do you offer delivery to regions outside the U.S. and Canada?
A: Currently, we only provide delivery services to addresses within the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. We do not support international delivery to other countries or regions at this time.
Q: How can I select the right size?
A: Refer to our Size Guide and use a soft tape measure to take key measurements such as bust/chest. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored feel—be sure to check the service details for style-specific fit recommendations.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor its progress. U.S. domestic orders can be tracked via USPS, while shipments to Canada are handled through USPS International, with additional tracking updates available through Canada Post.
Q: What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For U.S. orders, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if your package is lost or significantly delayed. For Canadian orders, first allow an extra 5–7 business days for potential customs clearance delays; if issues persist, reach out to us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
Q: Can I request a return or exchange?
A: Eligible orders may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery (please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed terms and conditions).
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: After we receive and verify your returned item, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method, and your bank or financial institution may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
