If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before starting a return.
You may initiate a return within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be processed.
To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must:
- Be in original, unused condition (not used, modified, or damaged)
- Retain all original tags, labels, and accompanying accessories
- Be returned in the original packaging (if applicable)
Important Note: Certain items—such as final sale offerings or those clearly marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase—are excluded from returns due to hygiene standards or policy restrictions.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for different specifications (e.g., size, fit).
If you require an alternative option, we recommend placing a new order and separately initiating a return for the original purchase to receive a refund.
In cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to our error), we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item): We will cover all return shipping costs and may provide a prepaid return label (where available).
- Due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Note: Original outbound delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.
Do not ship items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Once we review your request, we will confirm eligibility and provide step-by-step return instructions.
After we receive and verify your returned item meets our eligibility criteria, we will send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card issuer may require an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account—this timeline is beyond our control.

For orders shipped to Canada, any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your delivery carrier are non-refundable—even for returned items.
Refunds will include the order amount. All customs-related charges are excluded from refunds, as they are collected directly by government authorities or carriers.
